Halloween at Paradise Valley

What a great turnout for the Motorcycle and Tattoo event last week. ( see the pictures at the bottom of this newsletter) Everyone had a great time and the weather cooperated. This weekend is the Halloween Party. It should be another crazy weekend at the Valley. If you have never visited the Valley on Halloween, your in for a treat.

The weekend starts out with a Pet Costume Contest at 5 pm on Friday. Pet owners may bring their pet behind the Tiki Bar on the grass field and the members and guests on the Tiki bar will be the judges. Where else can you enter your dog in a costume contest, drink a beer and leave your clothes at home? Only at Paradise Valley Resort & Club.

To my surprise, we received a cancelation over the weekend for a condo for this weekend. If you would like to visit us for the weekend, enjoy the Halloween party and the beautiful colored leaves, call Sylvia in the office today at 706-265-6110. ( 2 night minimum required)

On Saturday, around noon, Jeff will be taking interested members and guests for a walk across the creek through the new development. If you are interested in reserving a lot or just interested in seeing the new road and what we are doing, please meet Jeff down at the pool area around noon on Saturday. ( weather permitting)

On Saturday night, we will be serving dinner in the restaurant from 7 to 9 pm, the Halloween party starts at 9 pm in the lodge. Come early and get a number for the contest. Grand prize will be a $1,000 house account credit or you may chose $500 in cash.

Grand prize will be awarded at midnight. Please remember our policy, judges determine the winner. Their decision is final.

Don’t forget next week is the Beer Tasting and Seafood Extravaganza. This is a special event, $10 door charge and Gold Members receive complimentary tickets. Great food, great drinks and lots of fun. This event is open to members and guests 21 and over.

On November 14th, we are holding the 1st annual Stand Up Comedy night at the Valley. This should be a really fun night and complimentary appetizers will be served in the lodge from 8 to 9 pm. Please let Sylvia know if you plan to enter. $500 cash grand prize. This event is open to members and guests. Please help spread the word.

I want to send a special thank you to BG and her crew from Bare Buns Bikers for organizing the Motorcycle and Tattoo event over the weekend. She did a great job and the event was terrific.

Bring your pet to the back side of the Tiki bar at 5 pm on Friday and enter.

Don’t forget, this year we are going to have a pot luck
Thanksgiving Dinner. Please bring a side dish, dessert or salad.

Not sure how this is going to be accepted, but we keep hearing from single members who can’t seem to find someone to date or just go out with that is acceptable of the nudist lifestyle.

Last week we had a single lady write us asking us to see if we can play matchmaker. So here goes. If you have an opinion on whether we should allow members and guests to post personals on the newsletter, please reply to this email and let me know or email Jeff at PVManager@windstream.net. Ok, this is probably really crazy but here goes!! My name is Sherry,
I am 52 and for the first time in over 20 years I am starting over!!

I decided that I get to choose what I want this chapter to read!! I
want to pursue the things I love and one of them is being naked and
another is motorcycles. When I saw that you were cool enough to
combine the two I knew I needed to take a chance!!

I don’t have a clue how to do this dating thing, it’s really hard to
find someone who understands how great being a nudist is! I am very
easy going, have a very happy soul, and love adventure!! I attached a
pic from a kayak trip this summer! So if there is a Cupid out there
who knows a nice guy that might like to take a chance. . . I’m looking
for someone to have fun with and hopefully become good friends with!!!

I’ve been to your resort once before and found everyone to be very
friendly and down to earth.

My hope is that someone that at one time was in the same place I find
myself now will understand and hopefully will pass this message on!!

If you own an RV, we are renting RV lots in the new RV Park by the year, only $3,000 for a year and it includes electric, water, sewer and trash.
